Welcome to SalesFundaa CRM. By downloading, installing, or using the SalesFundaa CRM mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This App is a B2B (Business-to-Business) enterprise solution intended solely for authorized employees, agents, and representatives of companies ("Employers" or "Tenants") that have an active subscription with Dial N Search Pvt. Ltd.
SalesFundaa CRM operates on a multi-tenant architecture. You will log in using credentials or a QR code provided by your Employer, which connects you to your Employer's specific domain/workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the App only for lawful business purposes as directed by your Employer. You must not misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data, or use the App to transmit malicious code.

Dial N Search Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the SalesFundaa CRM App collects, uses, shares, and protects your information. Because this is an enterprise application, the data collected is controlled by your Employer (the "Data Controller"), and we act as the "Data Processor."
To provide core enterprise CRM functionalities, field tracking, and automated sales reporting, the App requires access to specific sensitive device data. We only collect this data when you are logged in and authorized by your Employer.
What we collect: We access your device's call history, including phone numbers, call duration, timestamps, and call types (incoming, outgoing, missed, rejected).
Why we collect it (Core Functionality): We collect this data to provide you with in-app call analytics, history, and pending call tracking. This data is synced to your Employer's CRM system to log business communications ONLY after you log in, and ONLY if your Employer explicitly enables this feature. We do not use call logs for advertising or marketing, and data is only synced to your Employer's secure tenant database when authorized.
What we collect: We collect precise location data (GPS coordinates).
Why we collect it: SalesFundaa CRM collects location data to enable live field tracking, route optimization, and client visit verification, even when the app is closed or not in use. This tracking and data syncing is ONLY active after you log in, and ONLY if your Employer explicitly enables the "Live Tracking" setting for your account.
What we collect: We access your device's address book and contact list.
Why we collect it: To continuously match incoming and outgoing call logs with existing leads in the CRM database in real-time, display caller names, and allow bulk importing of prospects. A standard Contact Picker cannot be used because the App requires background matching of call logs against your contact list to generate accurate CRM analytics.
What we collect: Device ID, cellular network information, SIM card details, and your device's phone numbers.
Why we collect it: To manage dual-SIM calling preferences (ensuring you call clients from your official business number) and to securely bind your login session to your specific device, preventing unauthorized access to enterprise data.
What we collect: Images captured through your device's camera.
Why we collect it: This is strictly user-initiated. It is used for scanning QR codes during the login process and for capturing and uploading photos or documents directly into the CRM system.
What we collect: Audio recordings via your device's microphone.
Why we collect it: This is strictly user-initiated. It is used for voice-to-text input within the app's AI Chat assistant feature to help you quickly log notes or interact with the CRM. We do not record audio in the background.
What we collect: Push notification tokens (e.g., FCM tokens).
Why we collect it: To send you important task updates, reminders, and click-to-call alerts from your Employer's CRM system.
We implement industry-standard security measures. All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/SSL protocols. Access to the CRM is secured via token-based authentication and device ID verification.
Data synced to the CRM is retained according to your Employer's data retention policies. If you wish to delete your account or request data deletion, you must contact your Employer's system administrator. Once an Employer terminates their contract with SalesFundaa, all associated tenant data is securely purged from our systems.
By logging into the App, you consent to this Privacy Policy. You have the right to revoke permissions (such as Location or Call Logs) at any time through your device's OS settings. However, please note that revoking these permissions will disable core features of the App and may violate your Employer's usage policies.
