Do not create a new Astra user. Your Sales Funda® session is the login. If that access ends, Astra access ends too. Do not share the QR.

Ask is read-only. Confirm waits for approval. Autopilot is only for routines you have already authorised.

If a salesperson cannot create a tax invoice in Sales Funda®, Astra cannot create it for them either. Organisation admin sets user rights in Sales Funda®; Astra inherits them.

Same Sales Funda® user

QR login is tied to the tenant session. Logout from Astra anytime. When the Sales Funda® session ends, Astra ends.

Create, view, convert and send only what that user is already allowed to do in Sales Funda®.

Not a second customer file

Organisations, quotations and invoices stay in Sales Funda®. Astra works on those records.
